Electra Bikes is a subsidiary of Trek Bicycle Company that manufactures and sells bicycles and bicycle products. Founded in Leucadia in 1993 by Benno Bänziger and Jeano Erforth, Electra Bikes sells modern cruiser bikes, comfort bikes, hybrid bikes and accessories. Electra bikes are known for their stylish, comfortable and well-made design.
Riding Electra bikes is easy as they feature “flat foot technology” which allows riders to sit upright with both feet on the ground. The Townie line of bikes is popular in the US for its simple design, reliable components, multiple gears, and rim brakes.
